- property right – inter alia cases related to property ownership, perpetual usufruct, easement, pledges, possession;

- real estate register proceedings;

- obligations – inter alia cases concerning nominate contracts (e.g. sales, contract for a specific work, fee-for-task contract, hire, lease, donation, loan) and innominate contracts, torts (e.g. damage caused by animals, damage resulting from transportation accidents), as well as instigating claims for these reasons;
